Charley Nieuwesteeg LL.M.

Charley Nieuwesteeg LL.M. is a partner and co-founder of Orion Immigration Law. She graduated from Tilburg University and the University of Amsterdam and gained international experience in the commercial heart of London. After graduating, Charley gained directly applicable experience as a senior immigration & nationality lawyer at a well-known immigration law firm in The Hague. Not only did she master Dutch immigration and nationality law with great dedication and at a rapid pace, but Charley also successfully trained junior colleagues.

Charley advises both business and private clients on simple and complex applications for residence and work permits. In addition to her advisory practice, Charley has also gained extensive experience in litigation before the courts and in handling appeals before the Administrative Law Division of the Council of State.

Charley is fluent in Dutch and English. Charley holds a professional qualification as a solicitor in England and Wales. Her SRA number is 7010784.
